The drive from Orlando to Miami was quick and painless.
We stopped off in Downtown Disney, at Earl of Sandwich to grab some lunch before we hit the road - this is one amazing sandwich joint. Husband had the chipotle chicken hot sandwich, I had the Mediterranean tuna salad. Both were phenomenal.
This is a chain, so we'll be looking out for more of them across the states, that's for sure!
Then we jumped in the car, and within moments (and after a couple of emergency chocolate bars to keep our energy levels up - Disney World sure does take it out of you!), we were in Miami. Blue skies beckoned, temperatures were well over 80, and we were welcomed with open arms into Husband's cousin's Miami apartment.
