Around these parts, Husband is the in-house chef. He just takes to it, like a fish to water, with such ease. For me, I like cooking, I really do. I just don't like doing it on a regular basis. And when I have to do the planning, shopping and prepping for it too. Just saying.
But recently, I pulled out the cookbooks, and did some cooking. Namely, some Spring Pest Linguine cooking. With scallops. And it was deeeeeeeelicious.
